அங்கும் இங்கும் பார்த்து, ஒருவரும் இல்லையென்று அறிந்து, எகிப்தியனை வெட்டி, அவனை மணலிலே புதைத்துப் போட்டான்.

அங்கும் இங்கும் பார்த்து, ஒருவரும் இல்லையென்று அறிந்து, எகிப்தியனை வெட்டி, அவனை மணலிலே புதைத்துப் போட்டான்.

And he looked this way and that way, and when he saw that there was no man, he slew the Egyptian, and hid him in the sand.

and that way,	וָכֹ֔ה	kō	koh
and when he saw	וַיַּ֖רְא	rāʾâ	ra-AH

no	אֵ֣ין	ʾayin	ah-YEEN
man,	אִ֑ישׁ	ʾîš	eesh
he slew	וַיַּךְ֙	nākâ	na-HA
	אֶת	ʾēt	ate
