ஒரு வீட்டில் இருக்கிறவர்கள் ஒரு ஆட்டுக்குட்டியைப் புசிக்கிறதற்குப் போதுமான பேர்களாயிராமற் போனால், அவனும் அவன் சமீபத்திலிருக்கிற அயல் வீட்டுக்காரனும், தங்களிடத்திலுள்ள ஆத்துமாக்களின் இலக்கத்திற்குத் தக்கதாக ஒரு ஆட்டுக்குட்டியைத் தெரிந்துகொள்ள வேண்டும்; அவனவன் புசிப்புக்குத் தக்கதாக இலக்கம் பார்த்து, ஆட்டுக்குட்டியைத் தெரிந்துகொள்ள வேண்டும்.

Oru veettil irukkiravarkal oru aattukkuttiyaip pusikkiratharkup pothumaana paerkalaayiraamar ponaal, avanum avan sameepaththilirukkira ayal veettukkaaranum, thangalidaththilulla aaththumaakkalin ilakkaththirkuth thakkathaaka oru aattukkuttiyaith therinthukolla vaenndum; avanavan pusippukkuth thakkathaaka ilakkam paarththu, aattukkuttiyaith therinthukolla vaenndum.
