வெளிச்சம் இன்பமும், சூரியனைக் காண்பது கண்களுக்குப் பிரியமுமாமே.

Truly the light is sweet, and a pleasant thing it is for the eyes to behold the sun:

sweet, וּמָת֖וֹק mātôq ma-TOKE
Truly the light הָא֑וֹר ʾôr ore
and a pleasant וְט֥וֹב ṭôb tove
for the eyes לַֽעֵינַ֖יִם ʿayin ah-YEEN
to behold לִרְא֥וֹת rāʾâ ra-AH
אֶת ʾēt ate
the sun: הַשָּֽׁמֶשׁ׃ šemeš sheh-MESH
