இரத்தப்பழிக்காரன் தன் மனம் எரிகையில், கொலைசெய்தவனை வழி தூரமாயிருக்கிறதினாலே பின் தொடர்ந்து பிடித்து, அவனைக் கொன்று போடாதபடிக்கு, இவன் அந்தப் பட்டணங்கள் ஒன்றில் ஓடிப்போய் உயிரோடிருப்பானாக; இவன் அவனை முன்னே பகைக்காதபடியினால், இவன்மேல் சாவுக்கான குற்றம் சுமரவில்லை.

ஆனால், இந்தப் பட்டணம் வெகு தூரத்தில் இருப்பதினால் போதுமான வேகத்திற்கு அவனால் ஓடமுடியாமல் போகலாம். அப்போது கொலையுண்டவனின் நெருங்கிய உறவினன் பழிவாங்கும் நோக்கத்தோடு அவனை விரட்டக்கூடும். அவன் கோபாவேசம் நிறைந்தவனாய் கொலை செய்தவனை நெருங்கியவுடன் அவனைக் கொன்று போடக்கூடும். இப்படி அவன் மரிக்க வேண்டியவனல்ல. ஏனெனில், அவன் முன் விரோதமின்றி கொலை செய்தவனாவான்.

Iraththappalikkaaran than manam erikaiyil, kolaiseythavanai vali thooramaayirukkirathinaalae pin thodarnthu pitiththu, avanaik kontu podaathapatikku, ivan anthap pattanangal ontil otippoy uyirotiruppaanaaka; ivan avanai munnae pakaikkaathapatiyinaal, ivanmael saavukkaana kuttam sumaravillai.
