প্রভু নিজের তাঁবুটিকে একটি বাগানের মতো উপড়ে ফেলেছিলেন| তাঁকে উপাসনা করার জন্য লোকে যে স্থানে গিয়ে জড়ো হত তিনি সেই স্থানটিও নষ্ট করে দিয়েছিলেন| সিয়োনে প্রভু লোকদের বিশেষ সভাগুলির কথা এবং বিশেষ বিশ্রামের দিনগুলি ভুলিযে দিয়েছিলেন| প্রভু রাজা এবং যাজকদের বাতিল করে দিয়েছিলেন| তিনি রুদ্ধ হয়েছিলেন এবং তাদের বাতিল করেছিলেন|

আমি আমার দ্রাক্ষা ক্ষেতের জন্য কি কি করব এখন আমি তোমাদের সে কথাই শোনাব|দ্রাক্ষা ক্ষেতের সুরক্ষার জন্য চারদিকে যে কাঁটার ঝোপগুলি আছে তা আমি তুলে ফেলে পুড়িয়ে দেব| আমি পাথরের প্রাচীর ভেঙে ফেলব এবং পাথরগুলি ক্ষেতের ওপর ফেলে দেওয়া হবে|

আমি তোমাদের পবিত্র শাসকদের অপবিত্র করেছি| আমি যাকোবকে ধ্বংসের এবং ইস্রায়েলকে অভিশাপের শাস্তি দিয়েছি|”
