কেউ যদি সমস্ত ব্যবস্থা পালন করে ও তার মধ্যে কেবল যদি একটি ব্যবস্থা পালন করতে ব্যর্থ হয়, তবে সে সমস্ত ব্যবস্থা লঙঘন করার দোষে দোষী সাব্যস্ত হয়৷
