ஆனாலும் பிள்ளைகளினிமித்தம் பிதாக்கள் கொலைசெய்யப்படாமலும் பிதாக்களினிமித்தம் பிள்ளைகள் கொலைசெய்யப்படாமலும், அவனவன் செய்த பாவத்தினிமித்தம் அவனவன் கொலைசெய்யப்படவேண்டும் என்று மோசேயின் நியாயப்பிரமாண புஸ்தகத்தில் எழுதியிருக்கிறபடி, கர்த்தர் கட்டளையிட்ட பிரகாரம் கொலைசெய்தவர்களின் பிள்ளைகளை அவன் கொல்லாதிருந்தான்.

ஆனாலும் பிள்ளைகளினாலே தகப்பன்களும், தகப்பன்களினாலே பிள்ளைகளும் கொலை செய்யப்படாமலும், அவனவன் செய்த பாவத்தினாலே அவனவன் கொலை செய்யப்படவேண்டும் என்று மோசேயின் நியாயப்பிரமாண புத்தகத்தில் எழுதப்பட்டிருக்கிறபடி, கர்த்தர் கட்டளையிட்ட பிரகாரம் கொலைசெய்தவர்களின் பிள்ளைகளை அவன் கொல்லவில்லை.

ஆனால் அவன் மோசேயின் சட்டங்களின் புத்தகத்தில் எழுதியுள்ளபடி, கொலையாளிகளின் குழந்தைகளைக் கொல்லவில்லை. கர்த்தர் தன் ஆணைகளையே அந்த புத்தகத்தில் மோசே மூலம் எழுதியுள்ளார். மோசே, “குழந்தைகள் செய்த தவறுக்காகப் பெற்றோர்கள் கொல்லப்படக்கூடாது. பெற்றோர்கள் செய்த தவறுக்காகப் பிள்ளைகள் கொல்லப்படக் கூடாது. ஒருவன் தான் செய்த தவறுகளுக்கு மாத்திரமே மரணத்தை அடையவேண்டும்” என்று எழுதியுள்ளான்.
